DTF Printing Pressing Instructions
ollow these steps to get the best results from your DTF transfers. Correct temperature, pressure, and peeling are key to long-lasting, vibrant prints.
✅ Standard DTF Transfers

Pre-Press Your Garment

Heat press at 280–300°F (135–150°C) for 5 seconds.

This removes moisture and wrinkles.

Position the Transfer

Place your DTF transfer face down on the garment.

Use heat-resistant tape if needed to keep it in place.

Press

Heat press at 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 15–20 seconds.

Use medium to firm pressure.

Peel Film
-
Allow the transfer to cool completely (cold peel).

Gently peel the film from one corner in a smooth motion.

Final Press (Recommended)

Cover the design with parchment paper, Teflon sheet, or a finishing sheet.

Press again for 5–10 seconds for extra durability and a smooth finish.

✨ Glitter DTF Transfers

Pre-press garment: 280°F for 5 seconds.

Position transfer.
-
Press at 300–310°F for 15 seconds with firm pressure.

Let it cool completely (cold peel).

Cover with parchment and repress for 5 seconds to lock in glitter finish.
⚡ Aftercare Instructions

Wash garment inside out in cold water.

Tumble dry low or hang dry.

Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Do not iron directly on transfer.
With proper pressing and care, your DTF transfers will last through 50+ washes while keeping their color and detail.
