1. General Terms

DTF Print Pros provides Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services, specializing in gang sheet printing for custom designs. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enter into this agreement.

2. Orders and Payment

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by DTF Print Pros. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to errors in product information, pricing, or availability.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.
• Pricing and Taxes: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be added to orders as applicable by law. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fees as needed.

3. Design and Content Submission

• Ownership and Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the content they submit for printing. By submitting designs, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the content. DTF Print Pros is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement due to customer-provided content.
• File Requirements: We require high-resolution files, preferably in PNG or PSD format at 300 DPI, to ensure optimal print quality. DTF Print Pros is not responsible for poor-quality results due to low-resolution or unsuitable files provided by the customer.
• Design Approval: It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the design proof before production. Please verify the details carefully, as approved designs are final and cannot be changed once production begins.

4. Turnaround Time and Delivery

• Turnaround Time: Standard production time is 48-72 hours from order confirmation. Rush or same-day service is available for an additional fee. Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume or complexity.
• Shipping: We use reputable shipping providers to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping companies. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
• Local Pickup: Local pickup is available for customers in Tyler, Texas. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Returns and Refunds: Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Refunds are only issued for orders canceled before production or for verified product defects (refer to our Return and Refund Policy).
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet started. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

DTF Print Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and text, is the property of DTF Print Pros and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without our written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service
