Refund policy
At DTF Print Pros, we strive to deliver high-quality DTF prints and excellent customer service. We take every precaution to ensure your order meets the highest standards. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help.
Order Issues or Defects
If there’s a defect in your order or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to assess the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we’ll gladly offer a reprint or a replacement at no additional cost.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom DTF prints, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders that were printed as specified in the original design submission. Please review your design files carefully before submission, as we do not offer refunds for errors in submitted designs, such as low resolution or incorrect sizing.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if an order is canceled before production or if an item arrives damaged and a replacement cannot be provided. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days of the request.
